For me, my inner personality depicts on what are my secrets, fears, goals and even my spiritual relationship which is, it’s a hard fo me to share to other person because I’m not sure if that person is a keeper or not. It’s so hard for me to choose who I wanted to deal with my inner thoughts especially if I don’t like the attitude of that person towards me. And the outer layer depicts the personality that we are showing to others and it depends on the time and place. Example, if you meet somebody on a department store, buying the same thing that you also wanted to buy, then he/she shares the reason why he wants to buy the stuff to his/herself and ended up in talking to personal life. But the thing is, you talked to personal life but you did not reveal the core of your life.
The disclosure to another is time to time which you’ll know someone based how long did know each other.The concept of this theory is we based our relationship or the closeness to other person wi develops from time to time. Sometimes if we can’t reveal or we can’t find our true personality the relationship unto others also is not in good.
